Diamond Resorts Defeated Again
The contract provided for them by the resort exceeded the limit of 50 years and did not reveal the basic accommodation information required by law such as what the clients had purchased and when they could use it. The judge deemed the contract null and void and ordered Diamond Resorts (contractual name – Diamond Resorts Europe Limited Sucursal en España) to pay the client £13,790.
Another Diamond success for the M1 Legal team and our clients!
