Clc Continental Resorts Lose Again
After an initial jurisdiction victory whereby Club La Costa contested that the case should not be heard in Spanish jurisduiction. The hearing concluded the jurisdiction issue in favour of M1 legal. Subsequently the case was heard on the 19th July 2019 in the Court of First Instance, Fuengirola, against the contractual name of Continental Resort Services S.L.
It was revealed that the contract did not reveal an end date (in perpetuity) and lack of accommodation details which is required as a minimum.
The judge decalred the contract null and void and ordered to CLC to pay the clients £25,068.
Well done M1 Legal and congratulations to their client.
