Club La Costa Lose Again
We are happy to announce our latest victory against Club La Costa.
After an initial court decision was appealed and won in favour of M1 Legal on jurisdiction, the case was subsequently heard at the Court of First Instance, Fuengirola and it was revealed that the contract did not provide the legal minimum requirements regarding the accommodation details such as Land Registry information and period of use.
The contractual name used in this instance was Club La Costa (UK) PLC Sucursal en España.
The judge ruled that the clients contract be deemed null and void and ordered Club La Costa to pay £30,480.
A great win for M1 Legal and congratulations to their clients.
