Spanish Supreme Court Ruling Against Anfi Resorts
We are pleased to announce to you that yesterday evening we received the Judgment for Ayres v. Anfi Sales S.L & Anfi Resorts S.L. from our legal partners at M1 Legal.
The contract has been declared null and void and the defendants have to pay to the clients £18,241.20 plus the legal interests and £1,366.00 ( advanced payment) in addition to the legal interests. The defendants presented a counter-claim asking for the reimbursement of £58,274,29 which was rejected.
